Limited Scholarships Available
We have a very limited number of scholarships that are designed to support chaplains in disadvantaged communities, new chaplains, and chaplains starting new chaplaincies.

The registration process for the First Responder Chaplain Academy is automated. Please follow the instructions to complete the process. All registration steps must be completed before acceptance to the academy can be granted. The registration requirements include the following steps:
- Complete the application below completely.
- Complete the pastor reference. This should be a 3-5 sentence email testifying to your spiritual maturity and calling to be a chaplain.
- Complete the chaplain reference. This should be a 3-5 sentence email testifying to your character from an acting chaplain.
- Attach the Certificates of successful completion of the FEMA Incident Command System requried courses. They are FREE. The courses are IS-100c and IS-700b. Please print out your certifications and use those numbers for your application process.
- Pay the Tuition using the form below, OR you can pay later but two weeks prior to the academy start date is the deadline.
If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with travel and academy details. Arrive at the academy for the best training of your life!
